Inspired by the classic American frontier song Sweet Betsy from Pike, these remarkable Simpich Character Dolls bring to life the story of Betsy and Ike as they journey west during the era of the California Gold Rush.
Designer Ragan Simpich captured the pair with wonderful personality. Betsy stands confidently in her deep red traveling dress, one hand resting on her hip as she looks toward Ike. Beside her, Ike holds his broad-brimmed hat with a quieter, almost admiring expression. Displayed together, their poses create a charming sense of interaction and make the figures feel like two characters caught in the middle of their own frontier story.
