Beauty and the Beast  (1984)

David Simpich began work on his first marionette play, Beauty and the Beast , in Issaquah, Washington, near Seattle.   It was completed in 1985 and performed by David and his wife, Debby, in the Seattle area schools.  It was also presented as the premier engagement at the Simpich Marionette Theatre when he and Debby returned to their native city, 
Colorado Springs, in 1986.
